The Regional Government decided to extend, once again, the deadlines for submitting applications for several of the Region’s private investment incentive systems, this time until December 31, 2021.
These investments include the various subsystems of Competir+, namely, Promotion of the Economic Export Base, Internationalization, Qualified and Creative Entrepreneurship, Qualification and Innovation and Local Development.
With these extensions, the Executive intends to guarantee the availability of incentive systems for private investment in the Region during the transition to the new programming period of the European Structural and Investment Funds, creating a welcoming environment for investors who decide to support the development of the Azores and invest in increasing the competitiveness of the regional economic fabric.
